职责:
- Answer and direct phone calls | 接听并转接电话。
- Organize and schedule appointments | 安排和协调预约时间。
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes | 安排会议并做好详细的会议记录。
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms | 撰写并发送电子邮件、通知备忘录、信件、传真和表格。
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports | 协助准备定期报告。
- Develop and maintain a filing system 建立并维护档案管理系统。
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures | 更新并维护办公室政策和操作程序。
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers | 订购办公用品,并研究新的优惠和供应商。
- Maintain contact lists | 维护联系名单。
- Book travel arrangements | 预订差旅安排。
- Submit and reconcile expense reports | 提交并核对报销报告。
- Provide general support to visitors | 为来访者提供协助。
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients | 作为内部和外部客户的联络窗口。
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers | 与高管和高级行政助理协调,处理高级管理人员的请求和问题。
要求:
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft office (Word ,Excel , Power Point) | 熟练使用办公软件,如 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。
- Fluent in three languages: Malay, English, and Mandarin both written and oral | 能流利使用三种语言:马来语、英语和华语,具备良好的书写和口语能力。
- Have willingness to learn & able to do team work | 有学习的意愿,并具备团队合作能力。
- Posses right attitude and proactive approach | 拥有正确的态度和积极主动的工作方式。
- Responsible and reliable | 负责任且可靠。
- Experienced in related field is an advantage | 有相关领域经验者优先考虑。
- Independent & Multitasking | 能够独立工作并具备多任务处理能力。
